Chickpea Flatbread

TEXTI read often minimalist Mark Bittman column in the New York Times and a recipe that he posted years always stuck with me. For flatbread made from (your bean) chickpea flour and cooked in a cast iron stove. Thus, after all these years, I finally bought a cast iron skillet (why I wait so long?) and gave the flatbread recipe a try. I changed a little, activation in the chickpeas and this flatbread and results were delicious. You have to like the flavor of your beans, because it certainly comes through in flour, and the texture is softer and almost a little creamy, rather dry and conductive. The flatbread takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish and is yummy snacks any time of day.

Big time crowd pleaser fruit was burnt, but Monique brie retention time consuming! compliments immediately, it as a dinner party and acquired a casual snack together provide!
